Unfortunately, this is not my first time working with IFM due to damage caused by an accident. Although I had the opportunity to work with another vendor, I chose IFM because I know their work. Chris, Emily, Brittany (I think?) and the team who work on the car are great.
They even clean and vacuum the car, which was a pleasant surprise.
I don't want to have any more accidents, but if I do, I'll go back to IFM.

Emily and the office staff were very responsive and helpful - clearly on top of their administrative coordination and customer relations roles, and the the actual body work performed by the team was excellent. I was very pleased with the results and the entire experience was frankly refreshing in these current times.
