I am totally satisfied with IFM. The company is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I really appreciate all the updates as well as the professional office staff. While I never got to interact with the service personnel I only have to look at the final work to know they did a great job. I also liked the convenience of the interaction with Enterprise making obtaining a rental car a breeze. If I’m ever in need of a body shop in the future you will definitely hear from me. However I hope I don’t!????

IFM did a good job, but Allstate made it difficult first to log the accident, and then making the repair take longer than needed, and only reimbursing $27 a day for a rental car which is unrealistic in this area.
