The repair looks good but after all I was charged for the repair, I would have appreciated a thorough vacuuming of all the glass in my car. There are still tons of large pieces of glass everywhere.

The job possibly rushed because the driver rear door was not align and the top rack was not connected to the hood.Chris did have me come back in to resolve the issue, but I felt if a company such as Robbins have a vehicle for a month the quality of work should be better.

I am still awaiting a call back to understand when the protective cover on the rear bumper will be replaced. Paint job was ok-ish with a paint drip on the right side.

The only "complaint" I have is that while standing at the dealership, I saw and heard the clerk call Enterprise Rental to come pick up their car. However, the next morning, I received a call from Enterprise saying that the dealership JUST called for them to pick it up. Of course I promptly replied that I physically saw and heard them call the day before at 5:06pm and say the car was ready. I believe that you should advise your customers to call Enterprise prior to coming to your location.

Jose at Robbins did an AMAZING job. He called almost the minute after I first hung up with my adjuster. He kept me updated throughout the repairs and my car was even finished 4 days earlier than expected. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. He did an amazing job!

Jose, My service rep. informed me of the status of my vehicle repairs via text message and by phone regarding status any changes daily! The car was returned dirty and damaged interior steering wheel, damaged exterior trim, the wrong front grill, radio didn't work, and driver side lick didn't work. I mentioned the grill and lock to the technician and had to come back repeated times prior to them getting everything right. Sloppy work
