I wouldn't say COMPLETELY satisfied, but we were satisfied. I was not happy to see that the door was obviously replaced by a door that was on another vehicle without revealing that to us. The inside of the door has lots of tell tell signs that shows it was on another car. In addition, the cars rear windows are tinted, they failed to put the old tinted window in the new door. However, they did make up for that by sending us to a Tint Shop, the same day, to get the window tinted. We were not charged for that. But overall we were satisfied with the work that was day. Jose was super nice, easy to work with, and kept us updated all throughout the process. I'd use their body shop again in the future.

I received a call from Robbins on 3/31/17 saying my car was ready which got me super excited because I missed my car . When I arrived at Robbins I was greeted kindly and the lady went over some paperwork with me as I was paying my deductible. Then I was advise they will bring my car around . As my car pulled up I walked outside to notice only half of the repairs were done . The whole passenger side was still reck and damage . I asked why this side wasn't repaired The rep advise me the insurance had only approved to fix the driver side and the passenger side was pre-existing damaged which was false . I advise the rep, that was part of the damage also and it needed to be repaired . Then I was asked if I would like to take the car with me and bring it back when he specks to the insurance . I advise him no that's a waste of my time and I will not be takeing delivery of the unit until it was repaired correctly . I left the body shop fustrated and didn't even get to review the driver side to see if the damage was repaired to my satisfaction. I would also like to point out that it would be nice if the car would've been washed so I can see the repairs clearly . But yet they brought a dusty car around . Shortly after I left I received a call from the adjuster telling me it was an over sight on the body shop not reading the repair order correctly . Which has me to believe they didn't check that order at all they just saw damage and repaired the side with most damage . Cause anyone who has to go off a work order would check it more than twice just to make sure everything is done .

The job was done within the time promised and the work was excellent . The car was returned clean, which is the way it was given to you. An appreciate that.

Took a long time to complete repairs.

They were amazing, keep be updated constantly via email. Had it ready days before tjey said they would, understood the urgency to get me back on the road.

I am extremely impressed by Jose's work ethic and customer service. He would return my calls in a timely matter and always provide me with the absolute best service. We arrived late to pick up my car, the store had already closed Saturday afternoon. Jose so kindly came back to the office to deliver my car. I will surely come back to Robbins in the future!!
