My car was left with greasy hand prints all over it . INSIDE! The seats were left Down . The rear automatic door has a rough paint job and closes not flush. Definitely was not impressed with the work expected a lot better work. Customer service is ok but the job that was most important left me highly disappointed. The hood is not lined up with fender. And there is dust/ trash in the paint. From a distance it looks ok but up close you can see and feel the flaws.

Incompetence in the ordering chain made me to have to wait 5 days to get my car after it was originally promised to be ready! That is terrible customer service!

Body shop: I was the one that had to call and check on everything's from checking if they got a okay from my insurance company all the way to calling to check if my car was finished. Ya took longer for this minor repair, it was supposed to be a one day job it took two. Not pleased with Jose communication (or should I say lack of communication)

I am not happy with the service I received from mr.Charles twardowsky. He never gave me update about the process. Left more than 10 voice message and he never got back you me. When I followed up with him to see if I can pick up my car he got mad at me and did not answer his phone. Please contact me at ****-****-xxxx. Very very upset. The worth customer service I have ever received
