Felt there was some price gouging for an option to repair my bumper. The numbers did not make sense, and when I questioned it the rep told me that offer was no longer available so forget about it.
I do not wish to speak with Manny so do not have him contact me.
Paint work that was done looks good, but I do not think I will return or refer anyone in the future.

The repair work appears very, very good. Body looks great and the car appears to be driving normally. (Although a few new creaks and squeaks are present). My only concern was some small QC issues with clean up and reassembly. Two of these issues were immediately addressed. The remaining issue does not seem resolvable at this point: it appears when the headliner was removed, tools and or parts scratched or marked interior surfaces (overhead console, center console, etc.). I am not pursuing or requesting resolution to those issues, as every car I have every owned with a headliner that was removed by a body shop has had the same results- I assume it goes with the territory. Also, the loose spoiler lip has me a bit nervous- but was assured this is normal.
Let me emphasize- James was amazing to work with. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and made me feel like a priority. He explained everything extremely well. He should be commended for his efforts! Truly, a remarkable representative of the company.
