Brady was excellent! He kept me informed with insurance and repair process! And to Brady’s credit he let me know when the vehicle was back at the dealership which was critical as I was leaving town, Thanks to Brady I got vehicle just after closing and made my trip. Also ordered trim piece was installed once the piece was delivered. Overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend

My front end felt very wobbly and very unstable so I took my truck to my mechanic to inspect everything. We found the tie-rod bolt on the driver side was about to fall off. So inspected everything else and found not a single castle nut on the front end has a cotter pin to prevent the castle nut from loosening up and falling off. One of the bolts on my passenger side lower **** joint was completely lose. **** week prior to my accident I rebuilt my front end and put brand new cv axles, axel bolts, axle bolt lock and axel caps. When I was inspecting everything this weekend, axel nut locks are missing and no cotter pin and the axle caps are completely mangled and destroyed with holes punched in them from a flat head screw driver trying to pry the caps off. Those caps are there to prevent water intrusion and water from rusting the bearings so holes in the caps won’t really do much. I installed brand new OEM Toyota splash guards to cover the gaps from wheel well to the engine and all of those were missing and you can see where they were just ripped out. So this weekend I had to leave my truck at a shop and have them order all new parts and go through the front end to tighten and torque everything down because I did not feel safe driving my Wife or children in the truck without inspecting everything.

We came in for an estimate. The estimator was super friendly and completed the estimate quickly. We set up An appt to bring the car in. We were updated on how the repairs were coming along and were notified that the vehicle was done. Excellent service all around! Work done is perfect!
