Car accidents are always a pain, but dropping my car here for an estimate and repair was simple. I was updated on my car frequently which I liked and I could leave my rental there and state farm picks it up. The combined convenience was the best.

Wanted to be kept aware of info on vehicle. Not only was I not but received text to come pick up my truck...not sure if it is fixed or not. Sent a response text to come get truck, when I asked if it was repaired I received an unintelligible text. So I will wait to hear from my insurance company for info about my truck. Customer service not very good. Not evrn when I dropped off my truck...should have gone to Ricart.

One of the rear lamps on the driver side of the vehicle has a scratch, which is one of the various parts of the car that had been damaged. When I took the car to the Toyota shop, I let the estimator know the problem (which he had not noticed; he tried to remove it by rubbing some sort of cleaner, but the scratch did not go away); he wrote a second estimation sheet and told me that the lamp would be replaced. I picked up the car on Friday, July 12, and when I got home I noticed that the lamp still has the scratch. I immediately called the Toyota shop to let them know the problem. There clerk told me that I have to have to take the car back to the shop. So I have to go back again. Why Toyota did not replace the lamp while the car was being repaired?

Computer updates on exactly what was repaired each day would be nice. The estimated pickup time was always “pending”. I did receive a phone call midweek letting me know the car was in the paint shop. Information regarding the “dos and don’ts” while new paint is curing might be informative. Overall, I am very satisfied with an amazing job well done. I hope to never need body work done to my car again, BUT if I do, I will definitely return to you. I fully trust a certified Toyota Body Shop to repair my Toyota. That is the main reason I chose you. I knew the replacement parts I would be getting would be genuine Toyota brand parts and products, I knew the job would get done right the first time. Tyler was knowledgeable and courteous.
