The repair was took two months. It was promised on 7/11 and then on 7/17 and was finally finished on 7/22. Part of the issue was the repair could not start until the insurance settlement was finalized Although the insurance company said the auto repair could start before but Delray collusion refused.

Car looks great, paint matches and you would never know it was damaged. It was very difficult to get thru when calling and it took too long for a return call back. Tommy was great to work with and kept me in the loop once work began. Thank you.

Took longer than I had hoped . Also this Week we had slot of rain in West Palm Beach .Yesterday when I went to get in my car the Front floor Was boards were soaked from the Rain have No idea how it got in the car . Tied Up with pet setting this week so will get in touch early next week.

Firstly, there was a significant delay in completing my car's repair. I was initially given an estimated timeline of 6 weeks, but it ended up taking almost 4 months to get my car back. This delay caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my daily routine. I also found the communication throughout the process to be inadequate. There were minimal updates provided regarding the progress of the repair, and when I attempted to contact your customer service for clarification, I encountered difficulties in reaching a representative. Prompt and clear communication is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.
