Great job keeping the price as low as possible and making the car look brand new!

Updates could have been more timely. It took two months to get the car in perfect condition. My only complaint would be due to the extended time, my insurance coverage for rental car was only for one month, meaning I had to cover the month myself.

No details invoices for my car rental. Bad communication between my insurance co and West Delray. Forgot to install my tire the « repaired «  tire on my car. Install wrong size tire 18 inch vs 20 inch on my car , different tire brand, dangerous situation for our lives…. Would like to receive apology and compensation $$&& for the last event .

Great customer service and car repairs were perfect!

Took much too long to repair the car. Unrelated to the accident, a $3000 car part was damaged during time car was being repaired, It had to be replaced. Paperwork the insurance company asked for to pay the claim was held up for weeks. Anytime I called to get a status or ask a question, no one answered the phone nor responded to my voicemails. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have had anywhere! I will never bring my car back and i will tell everyone I know not to use your business.

Repair took nearly 3 months, they broke the car down before parts arrived and would not return it even though the car was drivable. They added panels that are not the same color as the original. The work was done very poorly, panels stick out and the door does not close proper.

Well, everyone at WDCC has just been outstanding. Great people, great service, and great repair. Good communication throughout the very long process. Foxy (my car!) says she was treated well!!

I appreciate your question, and want to stress that I was VERY satisfied with my interaction with West Delray Collision. They people were great, the services was excellent and the car looks great. But the questions says "Completely" satisfied. And there were somethings that were slightly irritating. The car detail was not done with quality. There were numerous streaks and the windows were dirty and rims not completely cleaned (not a big deal, but I can't say I was completely satisfied with the job). Also I had spoken to someone about buffing out a section of paint that had lost its clear sheen. I was assured that would be done, and it was not. I understand this is outside the scope of the work that was being completed, but I was really excited to see that fixed and was disappointed when it wasn't. But otherwise, you guys did a fantastic job.

Being called on a weekly basis was very helpful in keeping stress down on status of repair, even if status was basically unchanged from the week before due to waiting on parts etc

Prompt, professional, courteous service, especially for a collision center that was so busy. The expertise of those who evaluated our car was matched by the efficiency of the office staff.

I was never contacted by my service manager after dropping off the car. Throughout the month of January, my insurance company was told there were dealys due to a parts backorder. On 2/3, I contacted Mazda directly and found out all parts were delivered on ****/8, nothing was on back order. The shop admitted they lost the parts and until came in pushed for action, there was no plan to order more as no one I spoke to was even aware the parts were not on back order. The start of repairs was delayed from Jan 8th to Feb 9th due to the shop not realizing they lost the parts and had to reorder. When the repairs were completed, we picked up the car on 2/24 and it was dirty with muddy footprints in the door sill and under the paper floormat. Later we found pine needles in the trunk under the cargo cover that was likely removed to gain interior access for the rear end work. There are a couple plastic gromets sitting in the interior door handle. No idea where those came from or not reinstalled. We owned this brand new car for 2 days before the bumper was damaged while parked. It was immaculate when dropped off at Mazda. After a month of unnecessary delays, you could have a least delivered a clean car.

Everyone was very helpful and the job they did was terrific. It just took quite a long time.
