USAA needs to know why repair delay on 2019 toy avalon was10 weeks Part or other necessary reason USAA claim 0043347881-800. Call ****-****-xxxx. Won't pay Enterprise rental car fee of +$1000 if car just sat there for no reason. I also need an answer. This is my third request. Elliott D

I had to take the car to the Honda dealer because the tire pressure light would not turn off - this should have been fixed while in your care for over two and a half months. Also, a tire was missing one lock, which I had to pay for a new one. The dealer also told me that the windshield washer was leaking. I will be bringing the car back to you for a repair that should have been recognized and fixed.

Not happy that it took so long, but the work was excellent. I had to spend an extra $1000.00 for my rental because the repair work kept getting extended.

I would never recommend that place to anyone. This center did a very bad job for three months with my car they gave it to me scratched and with unrepaired damage and they charged almost 12 thousand pesos to the insurance for a super deficient job, it was a scam. I had to take it again and they didn't finish it. They are lousy and unprofessional.

Ernie, Please contact me regarding the plastic panels (behind each of the side windows) to replace the ones overlooked on the initial repair to my 2020 Mazda Miata. There are 3 stress fractures (cracks) on each panel, which were obviously a result of the accident. You told me two weeks ago when we met in person that you would be ordering two new panels. I have yet to hear back from anyone at West Delray Collision. Please call me.

The work done on the car seems to be satisfactory, but the communication between West Delray and myself and/or the insurance company was poor. We never got updates on a regular basis or any explanation of why it took so long. I waited 3 months to get my car back and it was a minor accident. I would have appreciated more communication to let us know what was going on.
