Panel lines are not even with each other up to OE presentation and there are some paint defects ie tiny grains of sand or something present on rear door. I'm not sure what can be done because I can't afford the expense of another rental.

Moody’s collision was in constant contact with me about the status of my vehicle if anything changed during the repair process. They were always respectful and honest about everything and they did a fantastic job making the car look new again.

Everything looks good, I just feel like the sealing at the serviced left side door is not perfect as you hear more exterior wind sound when driving faster.

Ryan was very kind and informative. I appreciated the weekly updates and accurate estimate for when repairs would be complete.

Unfortunately, we have had to bring our vehicles in several times (not our fault any of those times I have to add haha) over the past couple years, but honestly- we wouldn’t bring them anywhere else. Shout out to Lori and Kyle for ALWAYS being great from start to finish. Kind, professional, attention to detail, keeping us updated throughout the whole process- every.single.time. And not forgetting the rest of the team- if we needed anything, and Lori or Kyle were not available, we were always helped by another team member without hesitation. I’ve worked in customer service pretty much my whole life and you can tell immediately when you go in, that Moodys is a well run, dare I say happy, work place environment. And not forgetting why we have to go there- The work has never been disappointing- our vehicles consistently come back as good as new. Lori and Ryan were outstanding to work with....even before we brought our vehicle in. We have used Moody before but not from an accident. The insurance company handled things different than anticipated but Lori provided assurance all would be taken care of - from rental to an change in the estimate. Ryan provided outstanding communication and his expertise is elite.
