The repairs look great. The service was timely. Car being cleaned in and out was a bonus! Rental was there on time, all went very well with the exception of the e-mails that are 'auto generated'. The e-mails were confusing and either should be discontinued or additional verbiage added to ensure customers understand that they mean nothing and to wait for a call to schedule repairs.

A day after I got my car back I did some brake work. All drivers side lug nuts were finger tight but not loose. My rear door sounds like a gong now. Must be missing the sound dampening that the other doors have. I am just happy that my car looks and drives good again.
