I think it took too long. I've been to other body shops in the past and this one just didn't seem to be able to communicate to me why it took six days to complete the job. I understand I wasn't the only customer, but I never really felt like anyone wanted to get my car back to me as soon as possible. I had to organize a few rides from friends for a week and then handle a rental just to get though a week of waiting for my car to get done.
It's also a shame that you don't have weekend shift work because I went by Saturday and didn't realize you guys were closed, but there was one tech working. It was confusing.
As for the work, it looks as good as it did before I got sideswiped, so the workmanship is fantastic. I just felt like it too far too long to get it done.

In addition to my car being repaired quickly, properly & efficiently, it was returned to me detailed. Cleanest my car has been since purchased 3 years ago! Also, the lady(sorry don't know her name) that closed me out was extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing me to get there just after Friday closing time.

Repair took longer than promised, ie 8 days. Car was towed to another city for repair. I scheduled an appt and I was told it would be ready in 5-6 days.
