Except for my initial contact in Bethesda where I was told that ABD was too booked to help me, once the manager stepped in everything was a breeze. Good communication with me throughout the process. The repairs are beautifully done.

When we picked up the Linconl the first time, a sensor malfunctioned after about 25 miles. Suggest you test drive cars repaired by you for a lengthy test drive -- i.e., more than just a mile or two. It would have eliminated your towing our car back to you. Just a thought/suggestion.

Really appreciated Traci and Tyler. Traci meets..greets and cares for people. Tyler oversees the vehicle and keeps telling the client (auto owner) how well the auto is healing and responding to top notch repairs. Tyler is the project manager. I am happy with the results. My third repair in seven months.
