I didn't expect my car to sound like a Mack truck when I put my foot on the gas. I am very disappointed. I have a Suburu and I feel that the wrong items were put in the car. I found out today that I should have taken the car to my Suburu dealer in in the first place because they have a body shop and are familiar with the type of car I have. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I have taken my car in the past to Auto Body Dimension and had no problem. In the future I will be taking my car to a place that is familiar with my type of vehicle. Love is what makes a Suburu a Suburu. Our family has had USAA over 40 years and I feel bad that my dear husband is not here to see this as we have the best insurance in the world.

I were satisfied until I see cracks on my windshield. That disappoint me that they cause that and not even bother to replace windshield

Already explained why at-length on the other survey you sent me. Your shop put 3 miles on my car that you cannot account for and I'm not super happy about it. I know your receptionist told me that the car never left your lot but you can't put 3 miles on a car simply pulling it into and out of service bays. I have pictures of the odometer from when I dropped the car off. I'm not going to make a big stink over this. I'm not going to take this to USAA or social media unless the ECU telemetry report pulled by Nissan shows that the car was abused while it was in your possession (if it shows a hard launch or redlined we are gonna have to have another talk). Long story short, I just won't be back. Kinda sad since I've been bringing cars to Autobody Dimensions for just about 10 years now. I trusted your shop. I feel like you folks let me down.
