I was given no updates. The insurance co updated at 5 pm to report it was completed when the shop closed. I had to call the shop on Monday morning to get an update to find out the car was completed.

5 Stars! I had a wonderful experience at Ciocca Collision Center! I can't recommend them enough. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and they consistently kept me updated throughout the entire process. I’m beyond happy with the results! A major plus is that their work comes with a lifetime warranty, which gives me extra peace of mind. Truly excellent service from start to finish!

Great customer service. Detailed inspection for body repairs after SUV was rear ended at a stop light. Awesome results including scratches on my driver side door needing no painting and I can't see them now at all. Very satisfied!

Although I obviously hope not to need the collision center again, this crew provided a good Ciocca experience. They are superior to any interaction we have had with Apple/Ciocca sales people and far, far superior to the service department. If the rest of the organization was like this department, we would not have to drive elsewhere to buy and have our Hondas serviced.

The workman ship is excellent. But my car eas full of white finger prints and dust from the body work me expatiation would have been the dust would have been cleaned out and interior wiped down.

Excellent experience. The estimate for repairs was spot on. And while the estimated time needed to repair was a little longer than I would have liked ... they continuously gave me updates by text and phone. They actually finished the job one day sooner which was greatly appreciated. But the most important thing was the workmanship ... and that was done in an quality manner too. That also exceeded my expectations. I wish the regular service at Honda's main building was as great as the Collision Center. I am still waiting a response about my TPMS light (2 wwek ago) and my daughter is still waiting on a part that they said they would obtain for her 6 months ago. Ugh Thank you Ciocca Collision Center for a job well done!!

Picked up our Titan yesterday afternoon. Although we haven't had much chance to drive it for any distance it looks great. The 5-day duration to complete the repair was right on. Lenny was the tech that brought the truck out to us. Very nice, friendly and explained pretty much everything that took place during the repair. He did emphasize that if we find anything wrong or have follow up question to let Ciocca know. So far, great job.
