My car was done when they said it would be done. They got it in when they scheduled it. They kept me updated the entire way. The receptionist Is extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. They never get enough credit when they are the face of the operation! So thank you everyone!

I’ll be satisfied once the part on back order is received and all the work is complete on my pilot. When my Honda was worked on, the battery was disconnected, and not re-connected properly and it caused the radio panel to not work and then all dash lights came on…on our way to New Hampshire. It’s been frustrating to say the least and when the part comes in, and I bring the vehicle back, this will be addressed and remedied.
