The repair looks great, and the text updates were very helpful. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that we never received a confirmation of our appointment to bring the car in for the repair. Luckily, we had the original email with the date and remembered it just in time. Other than that, it was a very smooth process with great results.

I was satisfied with the communication I received throughout the repair, as well as the repair itself and the fact that it came in under the estimate. All of that was wonderful. The only reason I noted that I was not completely satisfied is that my car was returned very dirty. The outside was completely covered in specks of some white dirt and the windshield was filthy. It seems like a minor thing, but when you pay that much for body work, I believe it is reasonable to expect the car to be clean when it is returned. Especially considering the car wash is right next door. I just wanted to note that for you benefit, not because I am unhappy with the work that was done.
