The process of quote, repair, to delivery was seamless for me and I appreciated the vehicle being cleaned inside and out (detailed) prior to my pickup. Everything was great.

Paid my cost of repair with insurance brougjt couple other things up about the damage of paint to the frint bumper and nothing was done also brought up passanger side to see if it can get buffed out nothing was done. I work for ciocca i know how things go i got treated like i dont matter so i will be talk to daniel manger for ciocca chevy parts express and his manager pal if not hr in regards of you and asking them to reach back out as i paid a $500 deductable. The noise is still to my car that was there when it went it. Im not happy at all

After speaking with USAA on me buying an OEM fit aftermarket bumper and using it for the repair (they approved), I posed the question to Ciocca and was told no. Was told they were worried about fitment. But all the bumpers I was looking at were direct fit. Really wanting a black bumper, I then asked about having them do a satin black on the new bumper. I was told they couldn't do that, but I could take the new bumper, have it coated the way I liked, then return it for installation. Problem with that was, I couldn't take the bumper until after my old bumper was removed and new one fitted. Well, with the truck being in the shop and no timeline, I had no way to set up the coating, nor a way to transport the bumper to and from. Also, steering wheel is still pulling to the left after second attempt for the alignment to be corrected.

I appreciated the continued updates and communications. There was a concern about the hood alignment when it was finished, but Lenny quickly addressed the issue and the technician made adjustments. So far, everything looks and drives great!
