Unfortunately, the car was 'totaled' however, that does not alter the professionalism of the team at Ciocca. Ciocca professionally handle the difficulties we encountered with the other party's insurance company. Their team updated me as needed, and would continually work on my behalf to handle the non-responsive carrier. When I involved my insurance company, State Farm, things ran very smoothly, and unfortunately we could not salvage the vehicle due to the cost of the repairs. Their team was very accommodating and regardless of the outcome, I would still recommend Ciocca. Appreciate the service, Scott H

This was my 2 bd experience their first time soent 6,500$ no problem an this time I had a different issue so I had to deal with another iss ur with my car an when I called them just to ask a question an was told to call them from bmw dealership I was disrespected over the phone an talked rudely too an hung up on an I did t know why or why I was even being treated that way.
