The repair was perfect. Initial communication was slow but after New Year’s it was perfect. This is my second visit to Sands Collision Center and if someone else runs into my car, I’ll be back!

Upon review of the estimate, I was told sands would handle the rental process amd all I had to do was bring my car to the shop and they would call enterprise to bring a car. This was not the case. They sent someone to pick me up to take me to enterprise and then did not rent a car based on a discrepancy. I had to walk home in the pouring rain and when I came back that afternoon, the car I reserved was gone and they gave me a **** car. I understand the discrepancy was not their fault, but the way the presented the rental process was incorrect. The actual work they did was good.
