the repair was nicely done. the cost was high. personnel were pleasant, but could have been nicer.

I say it was very fast friendly service got my car in and out as quick as possible everything was done to perfection and I would definitely tell anybody looking to have their car auto body work done to go to you guys

Car was not totally repaired even after being in your possession from Aug - Dec.

Dopped off my daughter's car for a small scratch/dent/paint repair that was suppose to be done in **** week... Car was never touched for 2 weeks and finally was repaired the end of the 3rd week.. Now we have to return it again since one main scratch was never even touched on the drivers door handle???

I was happy with the repair results however when I tried to call in to see the status of my repair no one answered the phone to update me. The problem with this was I did not know how to estimate when my car would be finished. I did not know if it would be done in a week and a half or three weeks. That makes it hard to plan things.

It was a terrible experience. Each time I can in the people didn’t know what was going on. They were not straight forward about the cost of the full repair. I do not need anyone to contact me and I would never bring another vehicle to you.

I was satisfied that they kept me up to date on what was going on with my car the only problem was it took 2 months to get the part so I was without my car for that long but I did have a rental through my insurance

It took a month and 3 weeks for my Kia to get fixed .

Work was first rate

You kept my car for 6 weeks to replace the convertible top, meanwhile you left it outside in the rain and the sun which molded my carpet and faded my seat covers. If that's not bad enough, it came back with scratches all over both sides of the car and both side windows! Totally dissatisfied doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about the service I have received from Daytona Toyota Collision! It appears I am not going to be able to get this problem resolved easily, no one there seems to care and James and his lies are hard to deal with! I not only had to make a $2,500 insurance claim, but also pay $500 out of my pocket to have this horrible work done by your business. Again, my car was returned to me filthy, moldy and stinking. With faded rear seat covers and scratches gouged down to the primer in the sides of my car, a 2' scratch down the driver's side and scratches on both of my back windows. None of which are in the circled and written notes and pictures that YOU took when I left it there. I will be expecting a call, my number is ****-****-xxxx.
