No one returned my call after 2 weeks. Finally after 3 weeks Billy the receptionist decided he would find out when my car would be ready. He told me someone would return my call. No one did. Finally after 30 days he got my car for me. Every other day I was calling and no response. The customer service for Toyota is terrible. Thank god for Billy. I would never recommend Toyota for any repairs.

The repair to the car was excellent. However, when I was called to pick up the car I was told the driver’s side 3rd row seat lift handle was broken. I was surprised because I never used the seat in the upright position. I always kept the back row down and covered with a small carpet as that was where I placed my husband’s wheelchair. When I saw the damaged handle, it was not broken but ripped off the bolts out of its compartment. I was told it could be repaired for maybe $150 but I refuse to pay for something I didn’t break. Surprising that no one told me about it when they first started working on the car. They waited til pick up!

The car runs well. It's like it was never in a accident. I just know that it was and took pictures but all in all the car runs well. You guys did a great job.

Jacob was very helpful. Answered any and all of our questions on why our car was going to be too expensive to fix. Shout out to him for not trying to hide anything and not making us feel like we were being lied to.

The body work looks good but it took an inordinate amount of time (3 months) to complete the repairs. The text updates were inaccurate and misleading. Supposedly my car was "in detail" for almost three weeks. I never received a call or text that my car was ready for pickup. Everyone was nice, but there seems to be a remarkable lack of coordination among the team. When I received the car, the repairs were still incomplete. The rear camera still needs to be repaired/replaced.

Initially my experience stared off on a very positive note*. The office manager(sorry, I can't remember her name) was extremely helpful and communicated consistently with me until my car reached the hands of the Collison personnel. She provided the names of the 2 persons; Lexi and a gentleman. A week went by, I had to make contact with them and I never received a call back. I gave it a day or two before I called back and spoke with Lexi. After, speaking with Lexi and expressing my frustration of no call back Lexi extended an apology and communicated every step along the way. Now, it's pick up day and there is a blemish in the paint. Lexi consulted a gentleman and he advised he would make my car priority and have it corrected ASAP. One day later I received a call and my car was fix as promised Although there were hiccups I must say I would use and recommend Daytona Toyota Collison again. Thank you for your service.

I was greeted by a man name Billy, given the greatest service was told that I wouldn’t have nothing else to worry about I would have updates every day he would take care of me that was going to be as good as it gets after my accident. He was there for three days, then I was told that he was gone, a man name Steve took over for him and I got nothing but run around promises every Friday it would be done every Friday it wasn’t done this part was all here then we have to wait for more parts because they’re not here, I was just told they were all here but that wasn’t right all we have to do now is cut this one piece and put everything back together the next week all we have to do now is cut this one piece and put it back together. In the meantime I’m paying $18 a day for my insurance on my rental and it’s been 35 days that’s three days over the allotted time that I am allowed for rental. My insurance company gave me three additional days, but that wasn’t enough because Steve again was jacking me around. Finally I had had enough I went in there on a Monday morning, to tell them that I wanted my car by Wednesday no later and no more excuses . But when I walked in the door, there was Billy, he was waiting on another customer and when he got through I told him but had been happening to me, and that was the end of all of my problems, he took control he got the right people involved they checked on my car, Fred came in and spoke to me from the garage told me I should never should’ve gone through all the confusion that have been going through that he had just gotten there and it was going to be expedited. Billy went and talk to Taylor and she immediately got to work. I left finally feeling confident finally some wonderful ending who is going to take place to this horrible experience. That was Monday, Tuesday I got a call from Taylor, she advised me that the car would be ready on Wednesday. I had not requested that because after seeing the meeting with Billy again I knew that it was going to be taken care of. But here she was on the phone telling me Ashley the car was going to be ready for me on Wednesday and guess what it was. If it hadn’t been for Billy I would still be waiting and giving them run around. The work was done correctly I have no problems with that . However, Steve, who had been put in place during Billy’s absence was completely incapable of doing the job he was engaged to do.

overall great , everyone was nice but it did take a while which i understand wasn’t their fault because of the parts being on back order but there was a cup full of quarters in my car that was emptied :( not a big deal but was a bummer

Truck not done when needed, and salesperson knew when we needed it. Price was excessive for work done! I was charged ****.5 hrs. @ $150hr. For engine diagnostics and I had a bumper replaced and minor body work. Which was taken off when I called them on it! Inside of the truck was extremely dusty. As if the windows were open when it was in the body shop. I had to reschedule service on my truck because It wasn’t done. A few days turned into 7 days! I don’t even know why I’m filling this out, as I feel like you just don’t care!
