The repair took longer than promised, which really was not the problem. The problem was lack of communication from the body shop manager. He never returned calls from me, the insurance adjuster on the case, and the rental care agency.

Mr. Stoup did an amazing job of not only making sure that the repairs were done correctly, but also dealing with an untimely power outage. Kudos to him and the entire repair team!

Satisfied with the repairs. However, The advisor assigned to me I believe his name was Mike- never called me to give me updates or how long the car would be there. I had to call a few times- the ladies on the desk were extremely helpful. They would find out the progress on my car and let me know since my assigned person would not even return my calls. I truly appreciate the ladies answering the phones and getting answers for me. They deserve a raise for doing somebody else’s job.

The car is still there to be fixed - the camera does not operate correctly and, according to the paperwork we received, it appears both incorrect and non-Toyota parts were used though I never authorized that.

Was well pleased with my car and all personnel involved, from the reception lady setting the appointment on Saturday to the body shop manager. Hope I don’t need service for a damaged car again but will not hesitate to return to first team for body shop repairs.

Didn’t get a courtesy wash. A hour after I picked up my car the check engine light came on. They took 2/3 months just to fix my car. They welded a lot of the parts back on that they said they replaced new. Horrible job and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. If I could vote them negative stars I absolutely would.

Overall it was a job well done. They replaced some plastic components and even fixed the spring on my gas tank door and my front bumper. They repaired many things on my paint job in addition to the chipped areas. Hertz Rental treated me exceptionally well also. My only complaints are as follows. I was given a time frame of 2 weeks and the job took 4 weeks. In that time I delivered my son and came home from the hospital. I was hoping to have my car back the day before I was scheduled to deliver. As you can understand I needed to clean it up and install car seats before baby boy could come home. There were also a few bubbles in the paint job in some spots but I didn't notice until my mother pointed it out. Otherwise I am a happy customer.
