All repairs were completed as promised and in a shorter time than predicted. I was also given progress updates. If I need collision work done in the future I will definitely return and I will be happy to recommend that others use First Team on Western Branch Blvd.

Car was in shop over 3 months and after 3 K from Geico for car rental I still had to pay over 1400 out of pocket to rent a car. The last month car was in shop I got very little response about delays .

Customer service was superb. My only issue is that I was not kept updated about the status of my repair. I was not given an ETA & had to call to receive an update. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful and friendly.

Subaru estimate was well done, scheduled for 7 days service. The service went into 16 days. The manager ended up giving me a $500 discount off the quote which paid half of my car rental. All work was performed to satisfaction. However the delay was frustrating. I can understand issues of delay from my own business experience, people, products delivery etc. It took too long for a door side swipe, however the finish product was well done. H V Privett
