It's just hard to communicate with FirstTeam. Adam in Collision was the only reliable source of information. Michelle in the First Team Phone Bank on Western Branch tried to help but she could n't obtain the status of my vehicle.

The team did an incredible job. They painted my whole car..cleaned it up real good. When I went to get it..it did not look like it had been in an accident. I recommend First Team Toyota Collision Center to everyone..they kept me up to date on what they were doing .even sent me a short video.

The repairs look great so far. The communication was horrible though. My car was there for a month, and the only communication that I got was when I had to call and ask about it, and when it was done.

I called Joe my rep and he never called me back... I didn't even know my vehicle was ready... I dropped by today and he was like, "sorry". When I looked at my car, there were peices loose and I asked Joe why didn't anyone look over the car, and he replied and blamed it on Honda. I have been a huge advocate for First Team, as I highly recommend the service... After dealing with Joe and a failure for anything type of oversight to prevent the poor quality of service I received I will definitely have to reconsider my recommendations. I had to essentially tell Joe what he needed to do, and ask for an appointment for them to fix the issues, which I'm not expecting great follow through with that either... he said they are going to replace my bumper, however idk if my bumper needs to be replaced... it seems a bracket my need to adjusted

At the time of pick-up, I wasn't shown the car as far as repairs and what was done, just took deductible and gave me keys to give to attendee to get. When he pulled up and as I was looking it over, the car looked very dusty on the exterior, and only wheel shining was only tire that didn't get replaced. Very poor customer service and seemed process was a rush job. Just glad to have my car back so I can get it looking right.

Car still driving shakey after being hit. Feels like the alignment is off or something. I mentioned this when I dropped it off and it's still feels the same

I wish my car were not totaled by the insurance company handling my claim. Welcome to the USA, right? If I have work to do in the future, I would bring my car to your establishment for repairs. I thank you for the time and care you spent helping me deal with the horrible journey of repairing a car
