Lack of communication throughout the process. Also, I believe there was unnecessary work performed on my repair to inflate the insurance claim.

I appreciate it the regular status updates and the quality of the repairs was totally satisfactory. I didn't notice a couple small things like I was told all Wheels were replaced but it looks like one was just repaired instead of replaced which is fine it's just doesn't match what I was told. There are also two pieces that don't match their original color. They were Chrome on the car originally and are now matte black.

This is a tricky question. I loved your customer service. If it wasn't for Corey this would have been a NO for me. He was very good at keeping me up to date on what was going on and was great the entire process. The problem I have is how long my car was with you. The start to finish process was way too long April-June...

Didn’t complete all request/needed repairs, waited 7 months for an appointment , Status was not communicated unless I initiated it. Drove 5 hrs there and back - suggested I return for work not completed? Never had such poor service from Lexus before. 20 year Lexus owner will not be returning

They took a long time to repair my car, they went a month without touching it from 2/24 to 3/24, I would not recommend it to anyone.
