My car looks great. I wish it had been washed because at first, my front passenger window wouldn't open, then it went down about 4 inches and was stuck. After I washed off the window and door, it seems to be okay. It must have gotten sprayed with something.

Communication and work progress were unsatisfactory. Insurance and I had difficulty reaching anyone by phone. No one answered, and very rarely returned a call. Beginning to tear down my vehicle to see what parts needed to be ordered did not begin until 10 days after my scheduled appointment.

Horrible took forever and its like they didnt communicate with my insurance company they tried to charge me full amount when I had full coverage insurance with a deductible it made no sense n harassed me about it n threatened me when they should of been contacting my insurance company im only supposed to pay a 500$ deductible they tried to make me pay full cost

Updates were helpful. When I picked up the car I was missing the back deck and the battery was almost dead...please consider that in future repairs

Cannot keep peoples car for so long or if so keep them updated and not give them the runaround and different stories from the two different customer service advisors

I am very upset! I was called on Friday May 12 to pick up my car . I was out of town and it being on a Friday. I was told Monday was okay for me to pick up because Saturday wasn’t available to pick up on my way back in town. Monday, my advisor told me that he would take care of Hertz rental. I was charged 165.11 for Saturday-Monday. I’m very disappointed and upset with this deceit . Patsy C

Hendrick Luxury did excellent work fixing my MINI. Viktor was very knowledgeable, kept me updated throughout and made it a really easy process. I couldn’t have imagined it going any more smoothly and my car runs like new. Thank you!

The overall work and customer service was great. I think there is an opportunity for you to offer loaner vehicles and to have a plan for unsolicited/routine updates on the progress of the repairs. I had good responses upon my request.
