Many delays without explanation. It was stressful because the timing kept getting pushed back. When I would ask if AJ would cover extra rental days I didn't get an answer literally until I checked the car out and kept asking. This was a very frustrating situation and Mario just didn't seem to communicate well about what was happening. Ended up being delayed by more than a month through the holidays. I've used AJ-USA before and been impressed. This was the opposite.

After my car accident, I took my car in for repairs to replace my rear bumper, rear diffuser, and repair my trunk. Repairs should of been straightforward as it was a minor accident. After the first repair, both side panels of the rear bumper were not flushed and were clearly sticking out. The adjustors were aware of the bumper defect, spoke to management, and attempted to repair it a second time. Upon completion of the second repair, improvements were made but the panels remain sticking out and not flushed. I pointed it out to the adjuster, who kindly said "That was the best they could do." Great staff, good communication, but satisfactory/poor workmanship as the bumper is clearly a bad part.
