The repair took longer than I had hoped but for understandable reasons with delays from the insurance company. I think your shock did a great job. You kept me up-to-date with text alerts and called me and took my calls when my phone to check on the status. I picked up the car today and it really looks fantastic. I highly recommend your shop for repairs.

I’m satisfied with the repair and paint job that AJ USA did. However, I was not satisfied with how slow the process was. I understand they had to speak with my auto insurance company USAA and with Rivian for approved procedures, but i did not get updates on where in the process my vehicle was unless I made the initiative to call, email, or text AJ USA. AJ USA had my Rivian for 7.5 WEEKS for a door repair. I was initially told it should be 2 weeks for the repair and maybe another week or 2 for AJ USA and USAA to discuss the claim costs. Overall, I would have appreciated more updates from AJ USAA of where in the process my vehicle was at. An update every week seems fair and transparent.
