First of all, I am very pleased with the quality of my repairs. And everyone was indeed very friendly and helpful whenever I called.
However, I think there is room for improvement and wanted to let you know.
Maybe something was off about my repair but I NEVER received any updates. I got a form text when I checked in, and then never heard again from AJ.
I emailed the person who checked me in and never heard back. I never received any unsolicited updates and had to call or email to check on my car constantly.
Contrast that with my father who coincidently has the same type of vehicle at another body shop and has received 3 updates since he dropped his car off last week.
Again. I am very happy with the repairs and service. I just think you need to work own your communication with clients.

Mike and his team at AJ USA Auto Repair are amazing! I’ve been taking my car to Mike for years, and I trust him completely. He is highly professional, and his team is always on top of everything. They kept me updated throughout the process, and my car looks like new! The detail work was a very nice touch. I’m always happy with their service and constantly refer this place to others.
