I posted on Yelp how they did a wonderful job on the worked performed and with great customer service.
So, you could imagine my surprise when after we got the car back the rear camera had some issues. We told them about it, asking if they possibly disconnected something or something came loose when they removed the headliner. They told me that they didn't remove the headliner and I should take it t the chevy dealer.
My problem is they did remove the headliner because there's a charge on the bill for removing it and replacing it. This problem started with the Camaira after we got the car back so it could have happened when they did that work.

I was searching for a State Farm Insurance approved/authorized body shop in Honolulu. A State Farm agent on the phone gave me a few phone numbers. When I called the other shops on the list they would say things like ‘We can’t give you an estimate appointment for another 4 weeks and then it will take another 4 weeks to get the vehicle in for repair.’ However when I called Island Fender the staff person, Jaclyn, was very professional and personable and said we can fit you in for an estimate in the next day or two and then probably schedule your job in the following week. You actually showed an interest and made an effort to work with me and not blow me off for a couple of months because you were busy. This is a good approach to business and excellent customer service.
