As time has gone by, I have found that the important registration and inspection stickers were not transferred from my old windshield to the new one. A few days ago I found a large deposit of broken glass on the passenger's seat. As time has gone by I have found a fragment of broken plastic, a plastic part, loose, and recently a screwdriver in the passenger compartment. The appearance of the car, inside and out seems flawless though.

I felt I got straight forward assessments for a small and unusual need...paint and install a passenger side mirror. Sam was responsive. Time estimates and costs were on the mark. I appreciate that the person who did the actual painting called me to get a picture of the existing mirror to see how it should look.

You didn’t paint the side mirror mounting bracket and reassembled the car with a flat gray (not painted piece). This lack of quality control and attention to detail cost my family 6 additional days without our vehicle.

Apparently the new Tesla door was not installed correctly as there is a lot of road noise now heard in the vehicle. We have been waiting over two weeks for International Collision Center to schedule an appointment when a loaner vehicle is available to use while repairs are completed on the Tesla. Thank you.

Brought vehicle in because back window was smashed. After vehicle was returned my daughter found glass in the backseat. We would have expected all broken glass to be removed from the interior of the vehicle and it was not.

The car is making a noise and the tire sign is lightning on the dashboard (low tire pressure) even though I keep on adding air. This happened 2 days after I picked it up.

MISSING PROPERTY UPDATE: After a bit of concern I initially in regard to my missing property within my trunk, the Center (Clay in particular) found ALL of my items placed in a separate storage area. During ‘tear down’ the repair team did not inform Clay that my belongings were safe. Clay did a search after I informed the Center of the missing items and found them on his own. He then FaceTime me to confirm all of the missing items were there. Excellent customer service from him, but a lapse of inter-office communication from the repair team. REPAIR UPDATE: I did like the seamless body work repairs performed initially. After a couple of days of significant rain, I do see moisture & fogging that I have never had before the accident predominantly on the repaired lens side (right rear). I plan on tinting the back lights like my left side (untouched), but I noticed that moisture as I was putting on new mud flaps that were totaled in the accident. I hope this is not a result of a poor seal.
