Tom did a fantastic job keeping my updated on my car's status. Even when there were delays within the paint department he was always honest about the time it would take and made sure to tell me when things changed. I appreciated his calls/emails. I also appreciated that when my insurance coverage on my rental car ran out after 30 days but my car was held up in paint, Tom was able to get my rental car costs covered by ABRA. I would not have been able to pay for the additional 13 days of rental on my own and knowing it was taken car of made the experience with ABRA even better. I'm very satisfied with my repairs and the people in the office.

I just picked up my car, and it looks great! I appreciate your attention to details. My only concern now is that it was a significant impact to the driver's side by a larger vehicle, and I'm concerned that there might be structural damage in addition to the cosmetic.
