After The repair I noticed that the passenger side interior panel not put back right and the panel for the fuse compartment was broken but ABRA was very good about accommodating my schedule and getting it fixed

First, they told me they did not accept private pay when I went in for my estimate. After speaking with the corporate office, they learned they do. After my estimate, I called and made an appointment for the repair. When I arrived, They did not have me on their schedule for the day they scheduled my repair. Later that day, Chloe called to say the estimate is received (and the basis for my choosing Abra) was only a preliminary estimate, and the price would definitely go up. I said I wanted to be called before any additional charges. Tom called me and said it would go up about $300, and gave me a final price of $3329.06. That was Tom’s phrase, “final price.” When they called to tell me it was ready, the new price was $3,626.20! They jacked it up yet another $300 without my authorization. When I asked Tom to honor his word on the price he quoted, he gave me some crap about having already gotten a discount and too bad about my rotten luck. I will never use nor recommend Abra again.

I was told my 4Runner was ready for pick up. I show up and they pull the car out. There is a circle and ? Mark In wax pen around a spot on the bumper they replaced. It was a paint run. They took the car back into shop and told me to wait 5 minutes. 15 minutes later after they tried to sand out the paint blob, it comes back out looking the same way. Someone knew it was wrong. It was circled. No satisfied at all. It was an embarrassment for that shop. Will never take my car there again.

The entire process took way too Long. More than once My car sat and sat while waiting for the next step in the process from what I can only imagine is lack of project management, communication and sense of urgency. The communication was only ever proactive on my part and I was told competing stories at different times. Tyler was nothing but nice the entire time. I feel he’s just the cog in the wheel stuck in the middle of a serious failure on behalf of management to ensure proper process.

Simple repair and they kept my vehicle for over two weeks. Couldn't seem to get the job done. Was supposed to be done on Monday, then Tuesday, and finally received my car back late in the day on Friday. Swirl marks on the new paint (horrible- will have to file a warranty issue but need to find a better shop). They had issues getting the payment processed as we agreed for my deductible. No good. Worst experience ever!

The job cost less than expected, was done on time/ahead of schedule. I feel the staff are a bit disorganized, but that may just have been the initial appt. Overall a good experience again!
