Abra was great every step of the way! Shelby was so helpful and on top of things and letting me know how things were going. The insurance company I/you had to deal with dragged their feet on some stuff and Abra made sure that the rental was taken care of. The car looks great! Thank you Team Cherry Creek Abra!

I especially appreciate Pamela working with me on my insurance which took some time due to the nature of the accident that caused the damage I would return to Abra if I ever need more work done and I will recommend you to others who are in need of your services.

One week estimate took three weeks. Staff was friendly, and I have no complaints with my treatment. However, I wish the time estimate would have been more accurate, as I would have arranged alternate transportation in the meantime.

**** - it took nearly 3 months 2 - my driver side window doesn’t close all the way 3 - the inside handle doesn’t close all the way 4 - driver door inside panel was not fully attached 5 - inside fabric panel is now loose 6 - seat memory panel is loose 7 - I had an item stolen Really weak

The customer service, from making an appointment and scheduling an estimate to picking up my car st completion, is horrible. I always depended on Abra to repair and fix my cars throughout the years— this will be the last time I bring my car back to Abra for any auto body work. Absolutely below any service level I would have expected for a repeat customer!

Hello, While I do appreciate the fact that my car was fixed I was not completely satisfied with the amount of time it took to get my car fixed. I was told it would take two weeks, on the summary I received it is stated that the vehicle was dropped off on 2/4/2019 but the repair didn’t start until 2/15/19. Regradless of that, I don’t mind waiting for almost a month to get my car back, I do mind having parts missing once I got it. When the vehicle was given over to me I took a quick look and saw that one of the rubber parts that connected to the bumper was not fitting properly, I made sure that Shelby Ehlers, the customer service manager, who made sure to get my vehicle back to me was aware of it. She told me that it was a new part and that it didn’t fit the right way, leaving a gap between the bumper and the fender. She said that she will order a new part. Once getting home I took a closer look at my vehicle and noticed that a plastic/rubber part that was connecting my fender to my hood was missing, once I popped the hood I noticed that another plastic/rubber part that was supposed to cover the fender was missing. Also, there were crumbs in my cup holder. I took the vehicle back to Abra Cherry Creek and told the receptionist that I had just picked up my car from there but that some things were not quite right. At hearing me say this Shelby jumps out of her chair and responds ‘Like what?’ in a passive aggressive manner. I tired to keep my calm and explain to her all of the issues I discovered once getting home. After examining the car she replys that the plastic/rubber piece that was supposed to be between the hood and the fender must have flown off. I only drove the car home and I would have definitely noticed if a piece of plastic would fly off my hood. Regardless of that, the piece was clearly not properly installed. After looking under the hood and noticing the other piece missing Shelby replys: ‘I guess my manager must have missed that during the quality control inspection. Sorry. I will have my manager come out.’ The manager never showed up to adress my concerns. Shelby came back out and took the car back into the shop. The missing parts were attached. I had also noticed my vehicle making a weird sound which I informed Shelby about. My guess is that it was the wind going through the cracks between the hood and the fender. Shelby offered to take a ride with me and make sure the sound was gone after the proper parts were installed. I do not feel like my concerns were addressed and I could have used without the attitude from the staff member. I did not get any kind of proper apology or admission of guilt. I am afraid that the rest of the car was not properly fixed given the nonchalance and lack of care with which I was addressed. I would like to take my vehicle to a different Abra auto body location and make sure that all the repairs were done according to the proper standards. I am very dissatisfied with the experience I received at Abra Auto Body Cherry Creek and I would definitely not recommend their services to anyone. Thank you, -Adriana M
