We did not do a walk around in daylight with the repair shop and as soon as we got our vehicle home realized it is painted the wrong color. We already left a message and are requesting it be painted to match our car. They used a Metallic paint and our Toyota four runner is not metallic.

Dawn and Rick were absolutely amazing people. They treated me like a person and not another sale. I think my wait time was like fifteen seconds because I walked in, told them my issue, and was set and ready to go. They kept me informed and in the loop about the progress of my car. Scott is also a miracle worker with how he made my car bumper go from looking broke to “I can’t even tell it got fixed.” Highly HIGHLY recommend Autobody USA Otsego

I was extremely upset after being hit after only having my van since April. You got my van done ahead of schedule another plus.
