This is my second experience with AutoBody USA. Both times were great. The work was done very well and in a timely fashion. The employees were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The rental car was all arranged for me by the secretary and was ready and waiting for me when I dropped off my car to be repaired. I was kept up to date throughout the process of repair thru phone texts. I would definitely use this company again (tho I hope I won't need to!) And will recommend it to anyone I meet.

I fully trust in Rick the managers work. He has always done great work. He is very personable and you can tell he is in it for his customers. Not to just make a buck. I only trust him to work on my vehicles. He always goes above and beyond. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at Autobody USA. I will make sure to spread the word on where to get quality work by a trusted manager. I also appreciate the smooth process of getting my rental and dropping it off.

The Otsego dealer worked very diligently to acquire the side mirror and had it quickly installed on my car. This is the second job this dealer has done for plus a major repair early last year. I was completed with both jobs. As a result, I’ve asked the dealership to replace a faulty door lock and actuator in another car of mine later this week. The great service here will always make this dealship my first choice in autobody work for me.
