The team there is great. Great communication and my truck looks good as new! I had a slight mix up with badging on it, but honestly im ok with it. Makes my truck look better anyways ;) But all in all, definitely a seamless and timely experience.

Thankful for all the support during this repair with the insurance company. The staff was very helpful, patient and professional during this entire process. If I can add some constructive feedback, would have loved to get weekly/bi-weekly status reports of the repairs. My case may have been unique with the insurance as the middle man. However when I left a voicemail or an email they went unanswered. If I called while in office I received a prompt response. Randy was a pleasure to work with and perhaps an anomaly as some of those days they were out of office.

Service experience was good all around. Expectations were set and delivered as expected. Would have appreciated more communication during the period of time the car was in service as to when it would be complete (we had to call every day to check if it would be ready, and the contact the rentall car company to extend the rental). Upon pickup the car was very clean but is suffering from a strong unpleasant smell similar to chemical smell of a “porty potty”. It’s bad enough that it’s difficult to drive the vehicle without rolling down the windows to vent the smell.

I appreciate that the team was able to start work on my truck immediately, and that the quality of the finished work was great. The experience would have been even better if I'd had the project had been completed in the time frame initially suggested (3 weeks vs. 8 weeks). More regular ETA updates would have been great.
