Everything was fine for repairs, but the batter was dead on arrival and after driving home it was dead again. Could have at least warned me that I needed a new battery or replaced it themselves, I had no idea it was an issue until trying to start the vehicle the next day and was late for an appointment.

The repair was done well. No complaint. However, he charges were apparently well above standard and customary according to my insurance company, and I had to pay MUCH more out of pocket than my deductible. (I believe it. This was a small dent with no internal structural impact.) I get that this also reflects on the insurance company, however, I feel that access to my car was used as leverage in a dispute between AAB and my insurance company. I resent being put in the middle of it, and would council others to get more estimates before committing to AAB for a repair.

The interaction with Geico kept my car in the shop over a month. They blamed you, but I heard different. Repair looks good but the delay was very taxing.

The door on return was not assembled correctly and caused a loud windy sound when driving. After back and forth with Accurate saying its not their fault its the windshield, I finally got someone to take the door off and see that infact parts were missing. While the wind sound is better, it still is not entirely resolved.
