You charge surcharge for using credit card to pay the balance is ridiculous.. didn’t disclose this in the beginning. I don’t understand how the company is not willing to pay for credit card charges when most restaurants does. And the cost here is not like buying groceries. This is petty and should. Not pass the cost down to your customer. This is regular cost of doing business.

From the first phone call to the day I picked up my vehicle, the staff at Accurate auto body were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Randy White made the experience less stressful. Excellent communication - far beyond expectations and any past experience. Repair was perfect, on time, and car came back much cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. It was my first time having repairs on a tesla and the service advisor was very upfront about the costs I might incur, which I much appreciated. Definitely the top repair experience I’ve had to date (and I’ve had my fair share).

Repair took quite a bit longer than expected, but it was explained this was due to insurance. Issue with TPMS sensor on wheel that was replaced as part of repair required that I bring the car back a couple times, which was inconvenient, but ultimately the issue was resolved. Randy was very helpful and made sure everything was satisfactory in the end.

Your workmanship is excellent. Even my neighbor looked at the repair and said it was great. You
did say it would take 3 weeks but it took 4. Probably
unavoidable when needing some more parts not noticed
on the first estimate. Now worries though since

After paying the repair fee, I went out to check my car and found some new scratches on the front two undestroyed wheels. I went inside to talk about that with the manager. He denied that immediately without going out to check and yelled at me with rude words. I asked him to pull out the photos he took during the evaluation. There was no scratches on the wheels as the photos show. But he insisted there was, I told him to be responsible and asked him to come out to check the front wheels. I showed him the scratched spot with the red paints. Later he conceded the paints didn’t appear on the photos. He said your shop doesn’t repair the wheels and I have to drive my car to the designated wheel repair shop to repair. I have to schedule and take whole day off to repair the front wheels. He had never apologized for his improper rude words to me and Accurate never offered any compensation for the scratched wheels and marks on the inner white seats which are not washable. I don’t understand why your shop will get the inner seats dirty since you’re repairing the outer bumper and tires?

From the time Randy first helped me get my Rivian towed to Accurate Auto Body from the impound lot until the work was complete and Justin got it back to me every thing went great. Rivian was a little slow getting their work done, but Justin kept me informed and did a great job coordinating everything. Justin's extensive knowledge of Rivian vehicles, and his understanding of the Washington State insurance system were very helpful.
