The hood and drivers side panels aren't aligned. Also I am still waiting to hear about reimbursement for the rental car during the 5 days you weren't working on the car and could have asked me for the key fob.

Car was initially set up to be fixed. Then the shop they are unable to order parts for it, so they charged me almost $4000 for storage fees out of pocket and gave me a "discount" of a couple hundred dollars.

The body rear end and bumper was very good but 2 parts left in back seat were not reinstalled (the cover panel ) I must install by my self , luckily i can figure out and install it also it’s long way to come back to the shop , one part I think it is no use should be dumped
