I cannot recommend Accurate Auto Body enough, specifically Randy, who was an absolute lifesaver after my Rivian was involved in a major incident. Randy was really informative and gave me a thorough run down of the process and helped me along he way with questions. He was pretty busy and a little hard to get in touch with, but once you had him he was patient and attentive. The whole process was pretty seamless and easy to work with.

The car was very clean and new parts were installed very well. I appreciate the product manager helping me in cleaning also the resin. As downside it took forever (**** month) and it was very expensive in my opinion

I was very disappointed with the additional 2 WEEKS for this repair, caused by three parts that were missed until the initial reassembly step (one of which needing to be ordered). I don’t know enough about your processes to know just how big a blunder this was, and who exactly was responsible…but given it’s discovery well after the 30days of rental coverage lapsed, had I not had access to my wife’s vehicle, renting a car to cover the delay would have come straight out of my pocket. I know you (all) can do better. Andy F

The only constructive feedback I have is that the car was dropped off at 91% battery and returned at 61% battery. If I recall, and I may be misremembering, that Rivian requires a full charge for proper calibrations, based on the time length I think it sat on the lot without charging the entire time it was there.

The interior had various smudges of dirt on them, particularly the headliners, driver headrest, driver seat, and center console. The body work itself was totally fine!

I could not be more satisfied with Accurate Body Shop. From the quality of the auto work to the organization and communication from the front desk staff, they made the entire process feel seamless. I’ve had work done here twice (and hope I won’t need to be back!), but if my Rivian ever needs repair again, I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. And best of all — they cleaned my car! I remember when that used to be standard with service decades ago, and it absolutely made my day. I had to double-check I was getting into the right vehicle ???? Highly recommend!
