Great team, great crew and a very excellent job. The process did take longer than usually due to the holidays so maybe some speed up the process a little more might help. I think overall I was very happy with their service.

My car was brought in for hail damage. Not all the hail damage was corrected. In addition, my car was scratched up afterwards. Then when your personnel tells me “we are not in the business of damaging vehicles. If your insurance wants to pay for repairs, we will go ahead and repaint the car.” That in itself tells me you’re looking for additional insurance claims. Your company is dishonest and I will not recommend you. I will advertise how dishonest your company is and how you do not take accountability for your mistake/accidents. Accidents happen and you cant admit when you unfortunately created a mishap.

It still seems like something isn’t quite lined up correctly with the bumper, hood, fender. There were gaps before and we asked for them to be fixed, and they are still there.

This is the second time that I’ve had my vehicle in Axelrod for repairs both times the work was done professionally and they kept me informed of the timeframe of completion. The staff is outstanding, and I would recommend Axelrod to anyone who needs auto collision repair.

I was going out of town for work. Axelrod’s Courtney Czir worked with me to make sure I could drop off my Tesla Model 3 for repairs and kept it in storage for a Month when my return was delayed with any extra charges. Much appreciated!????????
