When I picked up the car & 'test' opened the trunk I heard an unusual sound. Together, Courtney and I opened and closed the trunk and heard NO unusual sounds After being home for a couple of days and retesting the open/close process, the unusual sound was intermittent. I called Courtney who had me come in to double check everything related to the trunk. They ended up make a small adjustment and did some very minor paint touchup where the henge connects to the passenger side of the trunk. The way Alexrod & Courtney handle the overall repair process, even the follow up work was excelect from start to finish.
