Work was very slow to complete. Most of the time nobody answered the phone so communicating was difficult. Nick was nice and courteous though.

The Gwinnett Body Shop did an excellent job repairing my 2019 Suburu Outback. Due the parts shortage it took a little longer than I thought it would but it looks great! My positive experience was due in most part to the excellent communication and help from Jim Reeves. But everyone was nice - including Suzanne at the desk. Thank you!

I dropped my car off for week’s repair (you have done the same repair in one week before). At the end of the week I stopped by and the car had not been touched. You knew the car was coming in for specific repair and did not have the parts required. I could have used the car that week and dropped it off later in the week. We are a two car family and the difficulty of just one car ???? was hard to schedule. Then to be told you had not touched it did not make me a happy customer. It took two weeks for a one week repair. Not very considerate of your customer. A call would have been a better way to let your customer know what was happening. The repair was very good, you do excellent work but you should keep your customer updated on delays. Gwen & Tom Cordner

I understand the setbacks we run into given the current state of the world, but the attention to detail was lacking. The hood and grille don’t line up, one of the panels was scratched and will require repainting, there was overspray on the running boards and mirrors, and they didn’t install one the emblems on my door it was literally sitting in the cup holder when I picked it up.
