Really appreciated David working with me and my third party (noninsurance) payor. That did slow the process a bit but I understand. I am unsure why it took so long for the parts to arrive. David ordered them on a Thursday and seemed to indicate they might arrive the next day but at least by Monday. I didn’t get a call to schedule drop off until a week later. I also didn’t really understand why drop off required an appointment (which it took a few days to find). But overall, great service and communication and really grateful for the good work (and car wash!)
