My wife was in a bad accident and her vehicle was brought in for a damage estimate. Gary Sullivan was Very prompt in examining the vehicle and writing up a very detailed report including damage pictures so both insurance companies could proceed forward. I called Gary multiple times over the course of 3 days and he Always answered and every single time he had answers for our questions. Every time we talked, he spoke with us like we were family, not customers! Unfortunately, the vehicle sustained too much damage and was considered a total loss. What wasn’t a total loss, was the kindness, empathy, and dedication to customer service and support that Gary showed me and my family over the last week!! We will be purchasing a new vehicle in the coming weeks and it will be at Van, much in part to the way Gary guided through this very difficult situation. Thank you Gary and the Van Team!

Entire process took much longer than expected due to parts not being ordered immediately when they should have been. Because of this, parts took longer to be delivered resulting in self-pay for the rental vehicle. Blame was put on Van Chevrolet for not sending the vehicle to Van Collision immediately when staff should work together.
Tire caps were not replaced correctly, resulting in mismatched visual and no communication was given. The sun roof barrier fell down during this process and was not fixed. The vehicle was given back damaged in the interior.
Tom’s bedside manner was very less than stellar. Most of the time he spoke down, demeaning, and rude. Was mostly argumentative and did not seem to want to hear what we were saying. There was zero communication from Tom unless we called multiple times and left messages. We were in the dark majority of this process unless we reached out. We don’t feel that we trust and can trust Van for anything.
David from service was not 100% honest with us and both him and Tom had very little transparency. David reviewed the results of inspection from service team and provided a quote for them to fix it if we paid out of pocket. After discovery from Tom, service cannot fix this type of damage and this leads to no integrity and just a sales tactic. Because of David, this delayed the process for 2 additional weeks. David was also rude and not very responsive as we have had David for previous Service for our Colorado and Cadillac. We did not want to provide poor feedback then as we were looking to be nice. Both David and Tom demonstrated the type of core values quality that Van really cares about. If anyone from my company demonstrated what we experienced, they would not be there.
We will be taking the vehicle elsewhere to have future repairs completed; disappointed with the process.

Communication was abysmal. Truck taillight is still loose and repair is not complete even though you collected my deductible and sent me on my way. Was told I’d get a call today to replace the mounting hardware and the phone still hasn’t rang. Don’t think I’d bring a vehicle back here.

Gary absolutely saved me from a huge hassle. I had never been in an accident. I went to the ram dealer and they told me they don’t do body work, but they have van collision do all the repairs that they can’t do. The dude that hit me asked me not to go through insurance (go figure). I took it to Gary and he advised me that I was going to be the one losing out on that deal and that the repairs would far exceed what I initially expected. It was what looked like a very minor collision. Taking Gary’s advice I took it to insurance. The damage exceeded 10k and I was in a rental for over a month. The truck looks absolutely brand new. They even washed it and gave it an alignment. They were extremely well with communication and sent me 2 update texts a week. If there was anything extremely important they’d call me. Insurance fought tooth and nail (again go figure) and Gary fought right back making sure I got the right parts, and the right repairs. I’ll be taking my truck to Van collision for absolutely anything in the future. 10/10 all the way across the board.
