Much thanks to Gary for all his efforts to assist me along the way, as well as Brian/Bryan(?) for his color matching and repair efforts, and anyone else that may have been involved. I also appreciated efforts to return my car to me nice and clean post repairs, day earlier than expected too.
Only concern and/or feedback is how my same bumper cover now fits differently on the car, not flush with body near bottom bolt (both sides, but more so driver's side) and doesn't totally line up with body lines that continue into bumper cover on the driver's side, as it did previously (previous work also done by Van's in 2013). Discussed with Gary, in effort to possibly understand why and express concern of possible future damage in areas not 100% flush, say from weather or carwash etc. Suggested leave as is. Also, never received any status updates via text or email until after I paid, picked up my car and was leaving, then 3 texts messages came all at once with a 4th later that night after 7P as well as couple emails. To be clear, spoke to Gary via phone several times day car was ready, just the automated communications were not delivered as intended FYI.

Repairs when finally done were great. Communication was unsatisfactory. I had to call almost every time for an update. Initially, I was told it would be 7-10days and that got pushed to 2 weeks then that got pushed to 3 weeks. Then, when I picked up my car, payment from insurance had not been confirmed (they thought I had gotten an insurance check and I had not). The cherry on top was my car had at least 20+ miles of gas and when I picked it up, it had 0! Not **** or 2, 00! It was only after I complained, that they searched high and low to put a quarter gallon to get me to a gas station. I’m not sure where my car was taken on a joy ride but at least don’t leave me high and dry.
