The car first time I arrived to pick up was very dusty and not clean on the inside and out. I had to leave overnight for detailing. They did a great job on the detailing. I appreciated that. I discovered yesterday right after I picked up the car that the backup camera is not working properly. Very inconvenient. The overall experience was good.

Y'all did a great job but there were things that cost me more out of pocket and it shouldn't have. For instance, I had to replace the batteries. Maybe that was Ford's fault but it cost me. The second think is the hot side intercooler tube was removed. Once those things are removed they don't hold correctly. Therefore it kept blowing off. I had to replace it at my cost and it should have been under insurance. The rest came out great. Thank you for kicking ****.

Sadly this is my second time in the same month that my car has been hit and fixed by Van. They do a great job and the car looks like brand new. I am very happy with the process and results.
