Amy was great and kept me notified of the progress. All the people at the front desk were very curtious and helpful. Thanks to Crystal for retrieving my garage door opener out of the rental car. It was awesome service, but I hope I will never need you again lol

I was met with a smile and a warm welcome when I came in the front door. The young lady that was sitting in the front desk took all my information and explained what I should expect. Amy came out and was very nice and professional taking me through what was going to be done and gave me a time line for my car. It was done way ahead of when predicted. I am very grateful. Thank you all so much I will tell my friends to take their cars to Gates to get them fixed. Also thank you Brian for getting me set up with a payment plan that works for my Wife and I. Thank you Keith and Kelly Koehler

Completely satisfied with work done on car, everyone was polite and efficient. One complaint is Enterprise Car rental withdrew 100 deposit TWICE and has not credited all of it back. I got one 100 credit back put they still owe me 100. I have submitted a dispute form with Summit Credit Union, this has not help your reputation. Thanks Connie Benedict

I felt like a number. I gave them my e-mail so they could keep me update so I would be able to plan transportation. When I did get an e-mail it was very vague and not to the point and they kept addressing it to my wife Linda when all my paperwork I sent them had my name on itJim I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle often. The two Ladies that answered the phone where very nice and did very well answering my questions and dealing with my frustration. It just seemed that the service adviser dropped the **** on giving me a better understanding of the completion date. When they realized there was a concern with the Seatbelts they did make accommodation for me to keep the rental car until it was fixed. What I do not understand is why it took so long to get replacement seatbelt for one of the most popular vehicles in the U.S. Please do not call me on how to improve I think you can figure that out yourself. I am also in the Auto Repair business and I have a good understanding that when it comes to repairing vehicles it is not pleasant thing people want to spend money on. But when you start controlling their time it is something you cannot refund or pay for. Communication is the only way to keep time in control of the customer.

I appreciate that you kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs. The body work appears to be very good. As far as mechanical, I can't say as I haven't driven it enough too see if it will hold up. All in all I am very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Every aspect of the repair and service were exceptional. There was one issue discovered after webpicked up our vehicle. The information display on the dashboard was not operating and apparently when the radio was replaced, this display was not reconnected to power.
