My car was returned to me in excellent condition with all repairs completed. They even cleaned the interior of my car! Great communication throughout the entire process.

The office manager Crystal was great--checked in with answers to my questions....the front desk staff at pick-up was thorough...I appreciated the e-mailed updates...and my car is shiny and beautiful again! (They even detailed my tires and the dash, doors, smelled nice, etc.--very pleasant surprise!) THANK YOU!

Crystal and Mark were very helpful and made the process go really smooth. I would definitely come back to Gates for any future repairs.
Perhaps take a little more time to do a better job on the initial estimate so the initial estimate and the actual cost won't be off for large range in $.

Engine light and low tire light on when we picked up our car. Gates tech cleared the lights, but the engine light came back on later and continues to be on.
The people at Gates were friendly and sincere. They kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and finished the job a little before they anticipated. I like how they partnered with the car rental agency and made it a smooth transition when I returned the car.
They made every step of the repair easy and great. I would use again if needed.
I went in today after work because Crystal said she would be there anytime after 9. I guess she left early today. I dropped off my car and was informed that I would not be getting a rental because the other employee was not able to authorize me a rental car. I had to be sent home in a green cab with another person in it. He had to be dropped off first and the taxi driver has terrible road rage. He was yelling at other cars and I was scared. Now I don't have a car and have to find a way to work tomorrow. This could have all been avoided if by car was fixed correctly the first time.
It was a top-notch process from beginning to end. I love the updates you provide and I love your wonderful customer service. Having the insurance and car rental on site really make it a wonderful, easy experience. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work that was done as well!
Only comment would be we were told three days and it took 5 ****/2 otherwise the service was amazing !

The communication was awful. Gates pretended to be updating me, but the person who was calling me clearly didn’t know what was really going on in the back. When we called an hour and a half before the time I had been told it would be ready consistently for two weeks, we were rudely told “they told you it would be done then?”. The computer text system never updated from that initial, wrong Friday finish date. I understand that delays happen, that is not my issue. I was told that the delay was due to late delivery of parts, which happened at the beginning of the process. It was clear that I could have been I formed, but my contact ever talked to the guys working on the car. Instead I was informed at the very last second that it wouldn’t be done for the weekend, when I had to cancel all of my plans at the last second. Even 24 hours of notice would have allowed me to work around the delay. I would never recommend Gates to anybody else.
The repair os door but you dont fix or replce the left back broken light which was broken on the accident. You need to replace that as well
When my appointment was made, I told them I would like a rental car and they gave me a reservation number. When I was waiting in the lobby, I overheard Paul offer another customer a truck as a rental saying “It’s all we have left”, to which my thought was “All that’s not reserved because they couldn’t possibly have given me a reservation number if it doesn’t actually reserve something.” Then they said I was getting an “upgrade” and gave me the last rental they had - a truck. I am incredibly uncomfortable driving trucks and this wasn’t what I reserved and they attempted to give it away to a walk in so I wouldn’t of even had that if the other guy had wanted it. What does a reservation number even mean? Is it for show? Do you pick numbers out of hats then don’t actually use them in any organized database? Deep confusion.
